Bala Murali is one of the most passionate photographer and writer I have come across. His commitment (which I am always in awe of how he spares time despite being a CEO of a busy and demanding organization) to photography and writings is like no other. From his relentless recording of the wildlife, especially Elephants to his purist commitment to the craft of photography, his images will always be an indelible reminder of just how precious life is!

He made me appreciate just how precious it is to spend time in the wild and what a rare privilege it is to capture its untamed beauty – and in doing so he made me to appreciate nature more. For that, I will forever be grateful.

Every dreamer is not a doer and every doer is not a dreamer. But Bala Murali has the deadly combination of being a dreamer and a doer.
